“Crown Chakra: Gateway to Higher Consciousness”

The crown chakra, last of the seven core major chakras, acts as our portal to spirit and higher consciousness.

Located at the very top of our skull, the crown chakra faces skyward and reminds us we are so much more than our egos and physical traits. We are spirit in a human body, and can reconnect with our higher selves and spirit community at any time we choose. It’s literally right above our head!

Each chakra before it is a stepping stone that leads us upwards towards self realization, connection with divine self, and enlightenment. In a way, the crown chakra acts like a mascot for this podcast, as it’s main purpose is to help us tap into deeper inner wisdom and self awareness through divine connection, while we actively work towards inner transformation.

On the latest episode of the Flirting With Enlightenment podcast, I cover insights and details about the crown chakra, and the specific role it serves us as part of our inner chakra system. I also offer ways to tell if the energy in the crown chakra is flowing at a healthy speed, and specifics on how it works in tandem with other chakras to create the state of our self awareness and self growth.

In addition, I share simple ways to help balance all the chakras to feel more connected and grounded in the physical body, while our energetic self opens up to all of the possibilities waiting for us in the vast universe. As a representation of creative infinity and rebirth, the crown chakra reminds us we are so much more than what we see and feel with our 3rd dimensional body. We are forever linked with the cosmos, and can expand into our spiritual selves in really big ways once we embrace our personal cosmic connection.
