Episode 112
Listen to “Flirting With Enlightenment” on Spreaker.
In the new year it’s easy to jump right into action, yet, there’s a quiet power in taking extra time to assess empowering opportunities, and their potential gifts, before taking a leap.
Choices are most empowering when they come from a place of self acceptance and honesty rather than a form of “escape” or fear. How you decide to take action also needs to be in alignment with who you are now, and come from a place of clarity. You’ve been shaped by the discoveries you’ve made about and for yourself over the last year, so what you need and want may be different than ever before.
The most important thing to consider when you taking time to assess empowering opportunities? What to release. It might also be time to do some deep cuts and let go of the old and familiar love, work and career patterns that no longer offer a way forward towards joy or personal progress.
So as you navigate the path ahead, and the opportunities available to you, can you look at what you have, and see how it contributes to self growth? Can you finally close the door on what you want to release so you no longer hold energy, repeat a pattern, or carry a fear into creating a new and powerful way forward?
On the latest episode of the Flirting With Enlightenment podcast, I offer specific tips on how to assess empowering opportunities using the heart, mind, and intuitive guidance. I also touch on ways to go deeper into understanding why you want something, judgments you may still be harboring towards yourself and others, and how those hold you back. Lastly, I share ways to tap into motivation – the raw energy that drives you to take action towards what resonates most deeply in your heart and soul.
