Episode 69
One of the goals this year for the Flirting With Enlightenment podcast was to have conversations with lovely, heart-centered people with deep intuitive and mindful insights to share with all our listeners. For our very first-ever interview, we definitely were able to do all that – and more – with Gail Harris.
Gail Harris is an intuition expert and coach, in addition to being a fantastic writer, who studied yoga and meditation at the Kripalu Center of Yoga and Health. Her book, “Your Heart Knows the Answer,” teaches you how to listen for and trust your intuition, and her Goodness Framework for Living curriculum offers a specific practice to improve your ability to make decisions based on self- trust.
In addition, the memoir Gail wrote in collaboration with Brandi Rarus, “Finding Zoe: A Deaf Woman’s Story of Identity, Love and Adoption“, was a finalist for the IPNE book award.
The three of us talked about the expansive power of intuition present within each of us and ways to tap into that energy more deeply by trusting what we hear, see, feel and instinctively know. Gail’s perspective was refreshing, revealing some nuggets about ways we can shift our worldview while also honoring ourselves at the deepest levels. We also discuss why it’s important to be aware and tapped in to your intuition now more than ever!
Jamie and I hope you enjoy the lively conversation and resonate with the simple yet powerful approaches to looking at yourself, your intuition and life experiences differently.
What are some of the ways you use your intuition to guide you vs listening to what the mind might be yelling at you in the background?
